I was so impressed I wanted to write a review. Not going to lie, I'm from Ontario and I choose to buy this vehicle on price alone. It was the very best deal I could find. What really impressed me was how well I was taken care of by Samuel and the entire staff at Nadeau. Samuel answered all my initial questions without pressuring me to buy. He followed up only when I told hem when I expected to buy. Once I committed to the car Samuel kept me up to date on the progress and what I could expect as an out of province buyer. Being out of province they needed a bank draft (and asked me send them photos of it) which initially concerned me but it went very smooth and I was worrying over nothing. I received the vehicle in excellent condition. My mechanic said I got a really good car. I needed to contact Samuel after purchase for some paperwork and he was just as quick to react after sale as he was before. Bottom line, these people (and especially Samuel) are great and all dealerships should deal with customers this way.

EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! Contacted the company regarding a 2016 Hyundai Accent on Sunday August 11th, 2024. Patrick Pelchat contacted me promptly the morning after and we scheduled an appointment for me to test drive the car that afternoon. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that day and picked it up a couple of days later. I paid for an inspection, they gave me the details of what was repaired on the vehicle in a detailed report. Could not ask for better service than that. Great Job Patrick, to you and your team..!!! I recommend this establishment for their excellent service, from beginning to end.
